How do I replace or service a product from Baofeng® Solutions under warranty?

If the product you have purchased from Baofeng Solutions has a manufacturing defect, it shall be repaired or replaced by the company during the warranty period, free of cost. Please note that physical damage, liquid ingress, damage due to physical abuse, and use of non-OEM accessories will not be covered under the replacement policy.

You need to ship the defective product with duly filled Warranty claim form to us at the following address:

We shall take all efforts to set right the product in 10-12 working days and send it back to you. The following exceptions and rules apply to this policy:

  • Please ensure that all items to be replaced or serviced must be sent in their original packaging with all original tags and packaging, and the warranty sticker should not be damaged otherwise, the warranty claim will be rejected.
