Baofeng® Solutions Return and Warranty Policy

Warranty Replacement or Service:
If your Baofeng Solutions product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge during the warranty period. Note that physical damage, liquid ingress, damage from abuse, and use of non-OEM accessories are not covered under this policy.

To Claim Warranty:

1.       Download and complete the warranty claim form here.

 

2.     Ship the defective product along with the completed form to:

We aim to process and return the product within 10-12 working days.

Important:

·       Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags intact.

·       The warranty sticker must be undamaged; otherwise, the claim will be rejected.

Cancellations and Modifications:

Order Cancellations:

·       Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment by emailing and calling us.

·       Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Modifying Shipping Address:

·       You can modify the shipping address before the order is processed by emailing us at Support@BaofengSolutions.com.

Refunds:

·       Refunds for Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking payments will be processed within 3-5 days after cancellation.

·       For bank account refunds, contact us at Support@BaofengSolutions.com.
